When unexpected events happen, SQUEAKS shortens response times and helps employees succeed/win.  When integrated with One-Source, productivity increases as valuable information organized in the One-Source resource library is easily embedded in a SQUEAKS message.

The One-Source resource library organizes and catalogs information in one place – making it easy for SQUEAKS to grab what’s appropriate based on a given event and get it to the right person in a synchronized fashion.

Combined, these platforms eliminate the time wasted by employees trying to find the most up-to-date documentation to troubleshoot a given problem or complete a countermeasure report that tracks actions taken to address a given problem, for example.

Not only do employees know that there’s a problem, but they are immediately informed about how to fix it.  We call this training-on-demand.  

Given the shortage of skilled workers, training-on-demand helps first responders be more effective and cover more ground by marrying-up training videos, problem resolution documents, drawings and other helpful sources of information with the SQUEAK messaging platform.  

After solving the problem, employees can enter comments, input additional data and capture root cause analysis to build on best practices.

In addition, you can manually share (Squeak out) a Source from the One-Source library or an entire Board if you see a concerning trend on a dashboard or a specific KPI going south.  Once squeaked-out, as expected, workflows, escalation rules, and a digital trail of every action taken regarding a concerning Source (PowerBI, Excel, etc.) apply – creating the same sense of urgency and accountability measures associated with SQUEAKS.
