Connect Every System.
Empower Every Decision.

CONNECT unifies operational data from wide variety
of industrial technologies and devices, enabling seamless
communication across systems.

Data is Often Spread Across
Disconnected Systems

Organizations rely on a wide variety of technologies, equipment, and
software platforms to run their operations. From control systems and connected
devices to reporting and business applications, these systems often operate
independently using different communication protocols; making it difficult
to achieve a unified view of operations.

Connecting Industrial Systems for
More Than 25 Years

Organizations depend on reliable access to information
from the systems that support their operations. As technologies evolve,
integration platforms must evolve with them.

25+

For more than 25 years, CONNECT
has provided reliable communication between operational technologies, applications, databases, and
enterprise systems.

Years of Reliable Industrial Connectivity

Designed for continuous operation, CONNECT delivers dependable 24/7 performance while supporting the real-time exchange of critical operational data.

Built for continuous 24/7 operation across demanding industrial environments.

Throughout that time, the platform has continued to expand its integration capabilities to support new technologies and communication requirement; providing organizations with a robust and trusted platform for long-term operational connectivity.

20+ DATALINKS

Broad connectivity across technologies, protocols, and industry standards

Today, CONNECT includes more than 20 DataLinks that provide
connectivity to a wide variety of devices, applications, databases, and
software platforms. These DataLinks support numerous communication protocols,
industry standards, and vendor-specific technologies enabling information to
be exchanged across disparate systems.

Real-Time Data Connectivity

CONNECT integrates process data from among a diverse set of
industrial technologies and devices by connecting and transporting information
between them, enabling data to move seamlessly across an organization.

With CONNECT, data is integrated from a wide variety of
industrial technologies, equipment, devices and software platforms.
By supporting numerous communication protocols and industry standards
across different vendors and product lines, CONNECT provides
broad compatibility within complex environments.

By enabling communication between previously
isolated technologies, CONNECT helps organizations reduce data silos,
improve visibility, and maintain alignment across their operations.

Powerful DataLinks for Seamless System Communication

DataLinks provide the communication channels between CONNECT
and the devices, applications, databases, and systems that support your operations.
Each DataLink is designed to enable reliable data exchange with specific technologies,
protocols, or software platforms. The following DataLinks are included with
CONNECT. Additional DataLinks are also available to support a
broader range of integration requirements.

Allen Bradley.png

Allen-Bradley

Communicate directly with
Allen-Bradley PLCs without the need for a 3rd party OPC server.

Annunciation.png

Annunciation

Generate audio output, including text-to-speech, through the PC's speakers or a compatible VoiP system.

collection Datalink.png

Collection DataLink

Allows the creation of, and reading from, an internal collection of values. When used in combination with other DataLinks, this simplifies implementation of round-robin style data collection systems.

database.png

Database

Enables connectivity to a wide
range of database platforms, including Oracle MySQL, Microsoft SQL server, Microsoft Access and Excel
or any ODBC or OLE DB
compliant database.

net.png

.NET

Provides an interface to call methods or read and write properties from or to any Microsoft .NET assembly.

Ethernet Serial.png

Ethernet/Serial

Allows the configuration of a flexible Ethernet or serial communication protocol for sending and receiving data from or to a remote device or application. This DataLink is configured manually, specifying the packet parameters for both incoming and outgoing data.

file process.png

File Processing

Enables reading and writing to files on the local operating system or a network storage drive. Processed files can then be archived or deleted.

file transfer.png

File Transfer

Handles file management tasks, like copying files, deleting files or downloading files via FTP.

IBM WebSphere MQ.png

IBM
WebSphere MQ

Makes it possible to interact with IBM’s Websphere MQ software package, reading and writing data to and from the queues as needed.

email.png

Mail

Sends and receives emails from any SMTP, POP, MAPI or IMAP compliant email server. This includes web hosted services such as Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook.com.

Microsoft Message Queuing.png

Microsoft
Message Queuing

Creates the interface to Microsoft’s Message Queueing (MSMQ) application, making it possible to read and write data between MSMQ and CONNECT [DTU].

modbus.png

Modbus

Allows communication with Modbus based devices, including a variety of popular industrial PLCs across a range of brands.
