The IGear Integrator Program is designed for qualified system integrators who share our vision of transforming industrial operations through data connectivity, smart manufacturing, and digital transformation.

As we launch this program, we’re proud to introduce our first tier – the IGear Pioneer Integrators – a select group of partners who are helping to shape the future of the IGear ecosystem from the ground up. These pioneers represent trusted, capable, and forward-thinking firms that are committed to mastering IGear’s technologies and delivering measurable results for customers.

The Pioneer Integrator Program

The Pioneer Integrator designation represents the founding group of IGear’s integration partners – early adopters who are helping us refine the program, expand our reach, and ensure our customers receive best-in-class implementation and support for IGear Software Platforms such as SQUEAKS, One-Source, and Connect.

Pioneer Integrators receive direct access to the IGear team, early product insights, and the opportunity to provide feedback that will help shape future versions of both the software and the overall partner program. These partners are the foundation of the IGear ecosystem and will play a key role in defining certification standards, best practices, and customer success models for future integrators.

Integrator Directory & Lead Generation

To connect end-users with qualified partners, IGear maintains a public Integrator Directory on our website. This searchable database allows customers to find and contact Pioneer Integrators directly, based on their capabilities, geographic focus, and areas of expertise.

Each integrator receives a dedicated profile page highlighting their qualifications, project experience, and IGear certifications. We encourage all partners to keep their information up to date to maximize visibility and lead generation opportunities.

When end-users find a suitable integrator, they are directed to contact that partner directly. IGear facilitates these introductions but allows the integrator to own the customer relationship.

Respecting Customer Relationships

At IGear, we believe that trust and loyalty form the foundation of every great partnership. We deeply value the relationships that our integrators build with their customers – and we will always honor and protect those relationships.

When an integrator introduces a customer to IGear, that relationship belongs to the integrator. We will never compete with you, go around you, or bring in another integrator behind your back. Our commitment is simple: we remain loyal to the partner who brought us to the dance.

During the first year of our program, we’re keeping things personal and focused on collaboration. With only a select group of Pioneer Integrators, we’ll work closely together to ensure alignment, transparency, and mutual success – without unnecessary administrative steps.

Should any questions or potential overlaps arise, IGear will address them directly, respectfully, and in the spirit of partnership – always putting integrity and the customer’s best interest first.

Program Benefits & Discounts

During the first year of the IGear Pioneer Integrator Program, all participating integrators will receive the same pricing discounts and program benefits. Our goal is to keep the program simple, fair, and focused on building strong relationships – not adding unnecessary administrative complexity.

Every Pioneer Integrator is contributing to the foundation of this program, so we believe everyone deserves equal access to the same advantages. Discounts will apply consistently across all qualified projects involving the sale, deployment, and support of IGear Software Platforms such as SQUEAKS, One-Source, and Connect.

As we move into the second year, IGear will introduce a tiered structure that recognizes and rewards partner performance, commitment, and contributions to customer success. These future tiers will be designed collaboratively with our Pioneer Integrators, ensuring that the system reflects real-world value and shared growth.

For the first year, however, our approach is intentionally straightforward:
 

• All Pioneer Integrators receive the same price discounts.

• Administrative requirements are minimal to keep focus on collaboration and customer success.

• IGear and its partners work closely together on all customer opportunities to ensure alignment, transparency, and mutual benefit.
   

In short: Year One is about partnership, trust, and simplicity. Year Two will be about expanding opportunity through performance-based recognition and reward.
